If you want to stop hackers from invading your network, first you've got to invade their minds.

Tập thể hình theo phương pháp Max OT(chỉ cần 30 - 40 phút mỗi ngày)

Có thể tổng kết Max-OT theo cấu trúc sau:
1. Tập luyện cho 1 - 2 nhóm cơ ở mỗi buổi tập/ngày.
2. Tập 4 - 6 lần trong mỗi hiệp.
3. Tập nặng từ 6 - 9 hiệp cho một nhóm cơ.
4. Nghỉ 2 - 3 phút giữa các hiệp.
5. Mỗi buổi tập kéo dài khoảng 30 - 40 phút.
6. Tập lại một nhóm cơ sau 5 đến 7 ngày.
7. Tập khoảng 8 - 10 tuần thì nên nghỉ 1 tuần.
Max-OT được thiết kế đặc biệt xoay quanh những giới hạn trên.

Hiện nay sách tập thể hình có rất nhiều ở các hiệu sách. Tuy nhiên sách định dạng prc thì chưa có. Mình đã mầy mò ở nhiều trang web và tìm kiếm được tài liệu này. Trong tài liệu này, tác giả sẽ hướng dẫn các bạn một phương pháp tập khác hẳn so với những quan niệm trước đây về tập thể hình. Nó sẽ giúp các bạn đạt tới kết quả nhanh hơn, rõ rệt hơn. Điều đáng tiếc là mình còn thiếu 3 tuần nữa. trước mắt mình sẽ post 9 tuần tập. Khi nào có đủ mình sẽ post tiếp. Rất mong nhận được sự quan tâm của các bạn yêu thích thể hình.
